Job summary

SportPursuit is expanding and seeks a French-speaking customer service ambassador to join our UK and international Champions team. This fixed-term contract ends 29 January 2027 and is fully remote based in the UK, with hybrid options.

Deliver first-class support to French customers across social, live chat, email and phone, assist with translations of sale copy, imagery checks, and ensure brand experiences meet our high standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and PC skills; ability to quickly learn complex systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of first-class customer service for our French customers via social media, live chat, email and phone.
• Act as internal champion for France, daily website checks for sales, product availability and imagery.
• Assist with French translations including sale titles, sale descriptions, marketing copy and onsite content.
