Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a permanent role starting ASAP. The position is Monday to Friday with standard hours, on-site parking, and 1 day WFH after training. You will support assigned customers and collaborate with the Customer Care Team to deliver superior service.

Fluent French is essential for client communications. The role requires 2+ years in a customer-focused environment, strong English/Maths, and a background in exports or international trade.

Qualifications

• Fluent French required for client interactions.
• Experience in exports or international trade terminology (incoterms).
• Strong communication skills and detail orientation.
• MS Office proficiency and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and deliver superior customer experiences.
• Display account management by handling change requests and inquiries from customers.
• Prepare debit and credit notes and process complaints/returns.
• Update customer records, contracts, labelling, packaging and stock requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement within Customer Care and related projects.
• Collaborate with Planning on demand planning and stock positions.
• Proactively obtain and act on customer feedback.
