Job summary

The Language Business in Basingstoke is recruiting a French-speaking Sales Executive to support its international sports & leisure brand. You will manage inbound/outbound sales for France-focused markets, assisting the Sales Manager and B2B customers with orders and queries in English and French.

This hybrid role requires fluency in French and English, a strong service mindset, and the ability to upsell. You will collaborate with internal teams, maintain CRM records, and work toward annual sales

Qualifications

• Fluent French and English required.
• Experience in a customer service or inside sales role.
• Strong phone and email communication skills.
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders and build relationships.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day sales and service support to Area Sales Managers and customers in France.
• Handle inbound calls and emails, identifying and resolving customer queries.
• Support outbound sales and service activity with the field sales team.
• Identify opportunities to upsell during customer interactions.
• Deliver against individual sales targets set annually.
• Record and manage customer interactions within CRM systems.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
