DeMellier is seeking multiple Customer Service Coordinators for a 4-month Fixed-Term Contract running November through February. Roles available as Full-time or Part-time, fully remote with UK-based candidates only.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or premium brand.
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional multi-channel customer service (phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp, social).
• Support English- and French-speaking customers with professional, personalised service.
• Maintain professional written and verbal communication style.
• Use Gorgias, Shopify, and 3PL portals to manage orders and resolve queries.
