Location: Nottingham (Derby & Nottinghamshire travel required) Rate: £120 - £150 per day Contract: Freelance / Self-Employed

About the Job

As a Freelance Warehouse Tutor, you will deliver engaging classroom‑based and practical training as part of funded employment and employability programmes across Nottingham and Derbyshire. Your focus will be on equipping learners with industry‑relevant skills, recognised qualifications, and workplace readiness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering training in Warehouse Operations, Health & Safety, Manual Handling, Stock Control, and Employability Skills
  • Supporting learners to achieve Level 1‑2 Warehouse & Storage qualifications
  • Providing mentoring and tailored support to help learners build confidence and progress into employment
  • Completing learner assessments and maintaining accurate records in line with awarding body and funding requirements
  • Travelling between training locations across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire as required

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience delivering AEB or DWP‑funded employability programmes
  • Occupational background within warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations
