• Review CSAT insights and take actions to improve customer experience.
• Assist in store operations and Visual Merchandising to uphold standards.
• Upskill knowledge of products to educate the team and drive sales.
• Organise tasks to meet business needs while protecting sales.
• Provide regular feedback to motivate and improve performance.
• Support in people issues to prevent escalation.
• Build capability to manage store in the Manager's absence.
