Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to manage all aspects of store operations.
• Lead the sales team to achieve commercial objectives.
• Deputise Store Manager in their absence.
• Demonstrate selling behaviours and role model to the team.
• Coach and develop staff to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Oversee floor operations and ensure a great store environment.
• Review CSAT insights to improve customer experience.
• Support in visual merchandising and in-store standards.
• Manage tasks to balance business needs and service.
• Provide regular feedback to motivate the team.
