Job summary

CLARK'S is seeking an enthusiastic Sales & Service Manager/Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our retail team and daily operations. You will blend leadership, customer service and operational management to keep the store running smoothly and hit performance goals.

The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership experience in fast-paced retail, can drive KPIs, and communicates clearly with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles.
• Ability to drive KPIs and results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with team leadership.
• Solid organizational and problem solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work a 7‑day shift pattern, including weekends/bank holidays.
• Experience with POS systems, inventory management and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
