Job summary

Boots is seeking a Franchise Standards & Operations Manager for Nottingham and Beeston to lead and develop the franchise partner network. You will work across Franchise, Retail, Finance and support offices to drive operational plans, standards and customer experience.

The role requires strategic planning, regional execution, and a strong focus on governance, safety and performance improvements across optician stores.

Qualifications

• Experience leading across a geography in optics/franchise or company-owned models.
• Strong financial understanding including P&L, cash-flow and ROI.
• Ability to coach partners and share best practices across regions.
• Knowledge of franchise operations, governance and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for +45 Opticians stores, upholding brand, clinical, commercial, governance and investment standards.
• Develop Franchise Partners' capability to meet contract terms.
• Support Regional Manager to deliver operational excellence: patient safety, clinical and retail standards.
• Develop regional plans for operations, standards, compliance and customer journey improvements.
• Support recruitment, succession and development plans for the Franchise business.
