Vision Express Nottingham Victoria Centre is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-profile store and shape the future of retail eye care. You will manage around 25 colleagues with two Assistant Store Managers, owning performance, customer experience, and everyday operations.

You will drive sales growth, develop talent, and deliver exceptional service while maintaining compliance and commercial success across the store.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or senior retail leader.
• Strong track record of driving customer experience, NPS and commercial performance.
• Experience leading large teams and creating high engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop a large retail team, creating a culture of accountability, engagement and success.
• Drive exceptional customer experiences and continuously improve NPS performance.
• Manage store performance, sales growth and key business objectives.
• Work closely with your Assistant Store Managers to deliver operational excellence across the store.
• Support colleague development, succession planning and performance management.
• Ensure your store remains customer-focused, compliant and commercially successful.
