Job summary

One Stop is recruiting for a Franchise Launch Support Manager to ensure franchise stores open on time, operate legally, and meet retail standards. The role involves training delivery, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration across the UK.

The position is Midlands-based for regional coverage but requires travel nationwide to support openings, transitions, and closures, with flexibility to stay away from home when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training and coaching to store staff.

Responsibilities

• Support stores through the Epos go Live training program.
• Support stores through the Off-Site training program.
• Complete Closure visits in stores going through the transition process.
• Support & manage the Store Launch process collectively with property Store Launch manager.
• Ensure that the store is trading legally throughout the process.
• Take accountability for the new store involved in and ensure that they open on time and with highest retail standards.
• Ensure that Franchise store complies with the One Stop WOWs as per the Operating manual guidelines.
