Job summary

Page Personnel is seeking aSenior General Manager to lead franchise operations across the network in the UK. You will own commercial strategy, drive growth, and ensure alignment with budgets while promoting the brand's vision.

In this role, you will partner with Marketing and Finance, develop regional franchise initiatives, onboard new franchisees, and coach the Business Development team to deliver consistent results and exceptional brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior general management or sales leadership within a franchise network.
• Demonstrated ownership of financial results in previous roles.
• Track record of contributing to or leading organisational growth.
• The ability to switch between commercial leadership and operational management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Leadership Team to develop, operate, and promote the brand and business plans.
• Own financial results and performance, including budgets and forecasts.
• Analyse commercial data to drive growth within the brand and network.
• Lead regional franchise meetings and onboarding of new franchisees.
• Develop operating procedures to ensure consistency and best practice across the network.
• Coach and develop the Business Development Managers and wider support functions.
