Job summary

Wonderfield Group is seeking a Franchise Governance & Compliance Manager to oversee franchise governance, compliance, and contractual processes across the network from the Head Office. You will manage franchise partner relationships on disputes, entity changes, breaches and exits, ensuring compliance with agreements and operational standards.

This full-time role offers 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary of 50,000–55,000 and opportunities to implement CRM automation and process

Qualifications

• Experience in franchise management, compliance, legal governance or multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, compliance and dispute resolution.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident drafting formal correspondence, contractual notices and legal documentation.
• Highly organised, analytical and detail-focused, with strong case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee franchise governance, compliance, and contractual processes across the network.
• Manage franchise partner relationships on disputes, entity changes, breaches, and exits.
• Ensure compliance with franchise agreements and operational standards.
• Lead continuous improvement of processes, CRM systems, and automation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Legal, Finance, HR and senior leadership.
