Wonderfield Group is seeking a Franchise Governance & Compliance Manager to oversee governance, compliance, and contractual processes across the UK franchise network. You will manage franchise partner relationships on disputes, entity changes, breaches and exits, while driving improvements to processes, CRM systems, and automation to enhance efficiency and risk management.

This full-time role is based at our Head Office in Woking, Surrey, with a focus on robust governance and sustainable network

Qualifications

• Experience in franchise governance, compliance, or multi-site operations.
• Solid knowledge of contracts, compliance and dispute resolution.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Drafting formal notices and legal documents confidently.
• Highly organized with strong analytical and case management abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems and automation/AI tools.
• Commercially minded with balanced franchise relationships.
• Ability to collaborate with Operations, Legal, Finance and HR.
