Job summary

Wonderfield Group is seeking a Franchise Governance & Compliance Manager to oversee governance, compliance and contractual processes across its network. You will manage franchise partner relationships on disputes, breaches and exits while ensuring adherence to agreements and standards.

The role also drives continuous improvement of processes, CRM systems and automation to enhance efficiency, risk management and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

Experience in franchise management, compliance or multi-site operations.
Strong knowledge of contracts, compliance and dispute resolution.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Drafting formal correspondence and legal documentation.
Organised, analytical with strong case management.
Track record of improving processes and controls.

Responsibilities
