Wonderfield Group is seeking a Franchise Governance & Compliance Manager to oversee franchise governance, compliance and contractual processes across the network from Head Office. You will manage partner relationships on disputes, breaches, exits, and ensure adherence to franchise agreements and standards.

• Experience in franchise governance, compliance or multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of contracts and dispute resolution.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to draft formal notices and legal documents.
• Highly organised with strong analytical and process skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and driving automation initiatives.
