Job Description

As FP&A Manager, you will lead a high‑performing FP&A function and play a critical role in shaping the organisation's financial future. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development of annual financial plans aligned with workforce and activity forecasts.
  • Producing monthly financial reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Driving financial recovery initiatives and identifying efficiency opportunities.
  • Representing the organisation in system‑wide financial planning and negotiations.
  • Leading divisional finance teams to deliver insightful, timely, and accurate financial analysis.
  • Designing and overseeing the budget‑setting process, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Providing expert input into major business cases and strategic projects.

You will be a qualified accountant with significant post‑qualification experience and a strong track record in financial planning within complex organisations. You'll bring:
