The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience and a track record in selling CRM solutions. Responsibilities include building a sales pipeline, leading self-generation efforts, and driving deals through the entire sales cycle. A competitive compensation package, with a base salary between £90,000 and £120,000, is offered, along with the opportunity for growth into leadership roles.
First UK sales hire. Focus on the UK & I Territory, work with a BDR, and develop the initial pipeline. After ramping, approximately 30% of time is dedicated to self‑generation. The role reports to the team lead in Paris, with onboarding onsite and monthly visits.
60K ARR (average deal size depends on suite selection).
Average 3 months (Loyalty Engine is an outlier as Enterprise cycles are longer).
Potential to work with channel partners for sales enablement.
Base: £90,000 – £120,000.
Double OTE.
Ownership of the UK market and potential growth into a leadership or strategic role.
