Job summary

Odin, a London-based fintech, is rebuilding private markets with AI-powered software. This product-led role puts you at the center of turning deal operations into scalable, software-first processes, partnering with founders and the ops team to shape how we win more deals while reducing costs.

You’ll own triage, cost-per-deal improvements and end-to-end automation, often without heavy engineering. The role demands clear judgment, fast iteration and a bias for practical, revenue-focused solutions

Qualifications

• Built AI-driven solutions without engineers or budget.
• Founder or product DNA with 4+ years PM experience.
• Systems thinking: analyze end-to-end processes and constraints.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to chase and close loops.
• Numerate with strong financial acumen and deal-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Triage operational problems and scope fixes for engineering.
• Improve cost per deal by identifying and implementing changes across processes.
• Automate workflows with minimal engineering, delivering prototypes.
• Decide which processes to keep, kill, or redesign for scale.
• Lead the deal operations team and allocate time effectively.
