Job summary

Odin, a London-based company building private markets infrastructure, is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead a small elite team and drive automation across fund admin processes. You will own end-to-end operations from investment launch through exits, streamline workflows, and embed automation with product and engineering.

The role emphasizes first-principles thinking, minimal manual work, and a bias for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams of 5+ for 3+ years, including senior ICs.
• Ability to design and implement automated workflows with minimal budget.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and first-principles thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the founding operations engineers and an investor/LP experience team.
• Own end-to-end operations system, from launch to exit, and governance post-close.
• Own the automation roadmap and drive improvements with product/design/engineering.
