Job summary

Odin is building the investment infrastructure for the future of private markets. This role sits with the founders in their office in London, requiring at least three days a week in person. You’ll ship growth experiments, build with AI, and collaborate with Paddy to drive 50 qualified leads per month and 7,000 deals a year.

Qualifications

• At least a couple of years in a role trained to think fast and rigorously.
• Commercially minded builder who ships rather than talks.
• Able to build with AI and show what you've made.
• Analytical and financially literate; comfortable with data and capital movement.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth mechanisms using AI tools and campaigns.
• Establish partnerships with co-investors and networks.
• Plan and execute events to generate customers.
• Create referrals and repeat business channels.
• Take on special projects from the founders' office.
