Odin, a London-based fintech startup, seeks a highly autonomous operator to automate and streamline legal workflows within deal operations. You will own post-close governance, transfers, and exits, while building tools to replace manual processes with software.

You will work closely with the operations team to automate work, balance internal vs external counsel, and ship impactful solutions with minimal supervision. This is a hands-on role requiring strong product-minded legal execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience solving complex legal operations with minimal engineering.
• Experience with funds, corporate, or financial services.
• Strong organizational skills and end-to-end process ownership.
