Odin is building the next generation of investment infrastructure in London, turning fund administration into software with AI-powered automation. You will join a small elite ops team, owning end-to-end processes from deal intake to execution, and you’ll lead automation efforts to streamline workflows with minimal handholding.

We value first-principles thinking, numerical prowess, and a preference for operating over managing.

Qualifications

• AI-pilled builder with concrete problem-solving and no-evangelist budgets experience.
• Strong numerical ability with financial mechanics and arithmetic.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end systems and ability to close loops.
• First principles thinking to simplify processes and remove unnecessary steps.
• Experience in regulated financial services is a big plus (fund admin, custody, payments, tax, etc.).
• You want to operate and execute rather than manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Deal Execution: move investments from idea to closed quickly for fund managers using Odin.
• Automation: automate deal operations end-to-end with minimal reliance on others and refine as needed.
• Deleting things and saying no: trim processes aggressively to maximize profitability and scalability.
