Job summary

Odin is building the investment infrastructure for the future of private markets. The role focuses on owning deal execution and automating fund administration processes, working with the ops team to turn manual workflows into reliable software.

You’ll be part of a fast-moving team that values ownership, high standards, and brutal honesty, with a strong emphasis on delivering customer-focused outcomes in a capital-intensive environment.

Responsibilities

• Deal execution: move investments from idea to close as fast as possible for fund managers and deal sponsors.
• Automation: automate deal operations work; build simple, fast processes and autonomous tools; stabilize and scale as needed.
• Deleting things and saying no: decide what belongs in our processes; avoid non-scaling requests and unnecessary work.
