Odin is building the investment infrastructure for the future of private markets. We’re hiring senior engineers to shape the platform that powers private capital across jurisdictions.

You’ll own significant parts of the product, drive architectural decisions, and apply a serious AI practice to redefine how teams work. London hybrid or remote from Europe with periodic trips to London. Expect fast iteration, high impact, and collaboration with a distributed team.

Qualificações

• You've built and run non-trivial production systems.
• Strong architectural judgement: own decisions on structure and patterns.
• A serious AI practice: explain how AI changed your approach.
• Directness: give and receive feedback effectively.
• Good instincts about what to build and what not to build.

Responsabilidades

• Own significant parts of the product and ship what customers feel most.
• Make architectural decisions for the system and patterns.
• Apply AI to redesign workflows and improve speed and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move fast and responsibly.
