Job summary

ComplyAdvantage is seeking the founding GTM Engineering lead to architect the pipeline-generation engine for a category leader in financial crime prevention. You will own the end-to-end system—from sourcing and enrichment to scoring and routing—empowering the BD team with AI-driven plays and reliable integrations.

You will work AI-first by default, prototyping workflows in hours with Claude and shipping scalable solutions that redefine how the company generates pipeline and executes go-to-market

Qualifications

• Has built pipeline-generation systems end to end, from sourcing through enrichment, scoring, routing, and measurement.
• Sources data the hard way: web scraping and search APIs to build lists that don't exist off the shelf.
• Connects systems directly with APIs and webhooks and with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier; writes SQL and enough Python or JavaScript.
• Designs scoring logic you can defend with clear inputs and weightings.
• Deep, hands-on Clay expertise, and has shipped an AI/LLM workflow to production for a revenue team.
• Works with business development and marketing to improve demand channels.

Responsibilities

• Source the market: identify accounts and contacts missed by data vendors via public sources.
• Own Clay and the enrichment stack: waterfalls, data sources, cost logic, quality monitoring, write-back to Salesforce.
• Own account scoring: design the model, set weightings, validate against pipeline, update with signals.
• Build signal-based outbound: turn intent data and signals into targeted plays reducing manual effort.
• Create evergreen motions: plays that run continuously and improve with data.
• Connect the stack: build integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Clay, and data sources; automate routing and alerts.
• Lead on AI use cases: research and qualification agents and guardrails for GTM teams.
