Job summary

Trint Ltd. is seeking a Go-To-Market Engineer with 2–3+ years in growth, GTM, or RevOps within B2B SaaS. You will own the full top-of-funnel engine, from ICP definition and data sourcing to enrichment, sequencing, and pipeline delivery.

Collaborate with RevOps, Marketing, and Sales to scale automated systems that feed revenue with qualified pipeline. You’ll build and run outbound infrastructure, deploy AI-powered playbooks, and run experiments to optimize funnel performance and hit pipeline

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in a GTM, Growth, RevOps, or outbound-focused role in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience building outbound systems and pipeline generation.
• Ability to define ICPs, signals, and targeting for high-conversion accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own Top-of-Funnel Pipeline Generation by defining ICPs, building target lists, enriching data, and delivering high-quality leads.
• Build & Run Outbound Infrastructure including cold email workflows and sequencing platforms end-to-end.
• Deploy AI-Powered GTM Playbooks with signal-based prospecting and buying signals.
• Funnel Engineering to improve conversion from lead to booked opportunity.
• Experiment & Measure via dashboards, A/B tests, and funnel data analysis.
