Job summary

ComplyAdvantage is building a GTM Systems and Applied AI team, and this is the builder's seat. You own the systems that find, score, enrich, and route the right accounts to our business development team at the right moment, and you own the plays that run on top of them. You will not inherit a playbook.

What you ship becomes how the company generates pipeline. You will work AI-first by default. We run on Claude, and we expect you to use it to prototype workflows in hours rather than weeks, test

Qualifications

• Has built pipeline-generation systems end to end with measurable results.
• Sources data the hard way using web scraping and search APIs to build missing lists.
• Connects systems with APIs and webhooks; writes code to fill gaps.
• Designs defendable scoring logic with clear weightings and explanations.
• Deep, hands-on Clay expertise and production AI/LLM workflows for revenue teams.
• Partner to business development and marketing, not a ticket queue.

Responsibilities

• Source accounts and enrich data across public sources and registries.
• Own enrichment waterfalls, data quality, and write-back to Salesforce.
• Design and refine account scoring; align with real pipeline outcomes.
• Build signal-based outbound plays and evergreen motions.
• Integrate Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Clay, and data sources via APIs & automation.
• Ship reliable field automations, routing, and pipeline alerts.
