eTeach UK Limited in Watford is seeking part-time Learning Support Assistants for Foundation Studies (Term Time Only). You will support learners with diverse needs, assist with individual learning plans and EHCP documentation, and help deliver personalised learning opportunities on a collaborative Foundation Studies team.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting learners with diverse needs in an educational setting.
• Ability to support EHCPs and individual learning plans where appropriate.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills within a teaching team.

Responsibilities

• Assist teaching staff in Foundation Studies.
• Support delivery of personalised learning opportunities for students with learning difficulties.
• Assist with preparation and monitoring of individual learning plans and EHCP documentation, and maintain accurate records.
