Job summary

eTeach UK Limited is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to aid learners with identified learning difficulties and disabilities, in-class and beyond, to promote independence. You will help deliver tailored support, contribute to planning, and use ILPs and college systems to track progress.

The role is term-time with additional weeks, emphasizing literacy/numeracy support, collaboration with curriculum staff, and engagement with external agencies to support transition and enrichment.

Qualifications

• GCSE English & Maths at grade C/4 or equivalent.
• recognised Level 2/3 qualification in Learning Support or equivalent.
• Experience supporting learners with additional needs and literacy/numeracy tasks.
• PTLLS and First Aid are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide learning support for individuals/groups with identified needs.
• Assist literacy and numeracy development and adapt resources.
• Support during in-class, residential activities, and educational visits.
