We are seeking a candidate with 15+ years of experience in IT, including 10-12 years of in-depth domain and technical knowledge of Identity and Access Management, with strong proficiency in ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS. The role involves designing, analyzing, and planning architecture for IAM solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Implementation and support experience for medium to large-scale customers across various industry verticals.
• Active participation in project execution, demonstrating strong technical skills.
• Understanding clients' business environments, mapping requirements into ForgeRock CIAM solutions, and proactively suggesting alternatives.

Required Skills:

• Implementation and support of ForgeRock Customer IAM (CIAM), Identity Manager (IDM), Access Manager (AM), Directory Services (DS).
• Experience with LDAP concepts, directories like Active Directory and ForgeRock DS.
• Knowledge of upgrading and migrating ForgeRock IAM components.
• Deployment experience in high-availability environments, clustering, and component setup.
• Web services (SOAP, REST, JSON), client development, and querying.
• Customization/extending ForgeRock components and LDAP schemas.
• Connector development, resource configuration, and SDK usage.
• Creating and managing identity policies, user journeys, workflows, and IDM components.
• Integration with reporting platforms, backend systems, and multiple provisioning targets.
• Cloud setup experience (Docker, GKE, Terraform).
• Backup, restore planning, account templates, and integration with AD, Exchange, HR systems, Linux.
• Application server experience (WebLogic, WebSphere), Java/J2EE, XML.
• Performance testing of ForgeRock components.
• Excellent communication skills and global collaboration experience.
• GCP knowledge is mandatory.
• Understanding of LDAP, Active Directory authentication, data modeling, and design artifacts.
• Proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot (preferred), RDBMS (Oracle, Postgres), microservices, Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of cloud services (GCP, GKE, Cloud Functions, GCS, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Terraform).
• Experience with OAuth, MTLS, certificates.
