The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of experience in IT, with 10-12 years of in-depth domain and technical knowledge of Identity and Access Management, with strong proficiency in ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS. They should possess good knowledge of designing, analysis, and architecture planning.

Responsibilities include:

1. Implementation and support experience for medium to large-scale customers across various industry verticals.
2. Playing an active role in project execution and demonstrating strong technical skills.
3. Understanding clients' business environments, mapping requirements into ForgeRock CIAM solutions, and proactively suggesting alternatives when required.

Candidate qualities include being a self-starter with strong organizational skills, a good team player, and possessing excellent oral and written communication skills. Customer-facing exposure is a must. CISSP certification is a bonus. The candidate should be open to travel requirements.

Required Skills:

• Implementation and support of ForgeRock Customer IAM (CIAM), Identity Manager (IDM), Access Manager (AM), Directory Services (DS)
• Experience with LDAP concepts, directories like Active Directory and ForgeRock Directory Services
• Experience in upgrading and migrating ForgeRock components
• Knowledge of deployment in high availability environments and clustering
• Hands-on setup of ForgeRock components
• Exposure to Webservices (SOAP, REST, JSON), client development, and querying
• Customization and extension of ForgeRock components and LDAP schema
• Development experience with connector Xpress/Java connector server and SDK
• Creating and managing business logic, policies, user journeys, and IDM components
• Integration of ForgeRock with reporting platforms, backend systems, and cloud setups (Docker, GKE, Terraform)
• Backup and restore planning, account template creation, and integration with systems like AD, Exchange, Linux
• Development of workflows, forms, and IDM components
• Experience with application servers (WebLogic, WebSphere) and J2EE products
• Understanding customer scenarios and proposing solutions
• Proficiency in Java / J2EE, XML, performance testing, and GCP knowledge
• Implementation of LDAP/Active Directory authentication, data modeling, and design artifacts
• Knowledge of Java 8+, Spring Boot, RDBMS (Oracle, Postgres), microservices, Kubernetes, cloud functions, and related tools
