The candidate should have 15+ years of experience in IT, with 10-12 years of in-depth domain and technical knowledge of Identity and Access Management, including strong proficiency in ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS. They should have experience in designing, analysis, and architecture planning.

Responsibilities include:

1. Implementation and support experience for medium to large-scale customers across various industry verticals.
2. Active participation in project execution, demonstrating strong technical skills.
3. Understanding client business environments, mapping requirements into ForgeRock CIAM solutions, and proactively suggesting alternatives when required.

Desired qualities:

• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and teamwork orientation.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Customer-facing experience is essential.
• CISSP certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel.

Required Skills:

• Implementation and support of ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS.
• Experience with LDAP concepts and directories like Active Directory and ForgeRock Directory Services.
• Knowledge of ForgeRock deployment in high availability environments, clustering, and component setup.
• Web services experience (SOAP, REST, JSON, SOAPUI).
• Customizing/extending ForgeRock components and LDAP schemas.
• Connector development and resource configuration using ForgeRock SDK.
• Developing business logic with identity policies, user journeys, and workflows.
• Integration with reporting platforms, provisioning, and backend systems.
• Cloud setup experience (Docker, GKE, Terraform).
• Understanding of authentication protocols, OAuth, and certificates.
