We are seeking a candidate with 15+ years of experience in IT, including 10-12 years of in-depth domain and technical knowledge of Identity and Access Management, with strong proficiency in ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS. The role involves designing, analyzing, and planning architecture for IAM solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation and support experience for medium to large-scale customers across various industry verticals.
• Active participation in project execution, demonstrating strong technical skills.
• Understanding clients' business environments and mapping requirements into ForgeRock CIAM solutions, proactively suggesting alternatives when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong organizational skills, self-starter attitude, and teamwork orientation.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Customer-facing experience is essential.
• CISSP certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Technical Skills:

• Implementation and support of ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS, and related components.
• Experience with LDAP concepts and directories like Active Directory and ForgeRock Directory Services.
• Knowledge of deployment in high-availability environments, clustering, and component setup.
• Webservices (SOAP, REST, JSON), client development, and querying.
• Customizing/extending ForgeRock components and LDAP schemas.
• Connector development using ForgeRock SDK, resource configuration, and integration with reporting platforms.
• Experience with cloud setups (Docker, GKE, Terraform), and integration with backend systems like AD, Exchange, HR systems, Linux.
• Development of user journeys, workflows, forms, and IDM components.
• Working knowledge of application servers (WebLogic, WebSphere), Java/J2EE, XML, and performance testing.
• GCP experience is mandatory, including GKE, Cloud Functions, GCS, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and Terraform.
• Understanding of authentication protocols, OAuth, MTLS, and certificates.

Qualifications:

• 10-12 years of strong IAM implementation experience.
• Strong communication skills and customer-facing exposure.
• CISSP certification is a bonus.
• Willingness to travel.
