We are seeking a candidate with 15+ years of IT experience, including 10-12 years of in-depth domain and technical knowledge of Identity and Access Management, with strong proficiency in ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS. The candidate should have experience in designing, analysis, and architecture planning.

The role involves:

1. Implementation and support experience from medium to large scale customers across various industry verticals.
2. Playing an active role in project execution and demonstrating strong technical skills.
3. Understanding clients' business environments and mapping requirements into ForgeRock CIAM solutions, proactively suggesting alternatives as necessary.

Additional qualities include being a self-starter with strong organizational skills, teamwork, excellent communication skills, and customer-facing exposure. CISSP certification is a bonus, and willingness to travel is required.

Required Skills:

• Implementation and Support of ForgeRock Customer IAM (CIAM), Identity Manager (IDM), Access Manager (AM), Directory Services (DS)
• Experience with LDAP concepts and directories like Active Directory and ForgeRock Directory Services
• Knowledge of ForgeRock deployment in High Availability environments and clustering
• Hands-on experience with ForgeRock components setup, customization, extension, and integration with reporting platforms and backend systems
• Cloud setup experience (Docker, GKE, Terraform)
• Development experience with ForgeRock SDK, web services, Java, XML, and related technologies
• Experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, RDBMS (Oracle, Postgres), Microservices, Kubernetes
• GCP knowledge is mandatory, including GKE, Cloud Functions, GCS, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Terraform, GitHub Actions

Qualifications:

• 10-12 years of strong IAM implementation experience
