Candidate should have 15+ years of experience with IT and 10-12 years of in-depth domain and technical knowledge of Identity and Access Management with strong proficiency in ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS with good knowledge of designing, analysis, and architecture planning.

• Implementation and support experience from medium to large scale customers across various industry verticals.
• Active participation in project execution demonstrating strong technical skills.
• Ability to understand clients' business environments, map requirements into ForgeRock CIAM solutions, and proactively suggest alternatives.
• Participation in virtual job fairs when required.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a good sense of teamwork.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Customer-facing experience is a must.
• CISSP certification is a bonus.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required Skills:

• Implementation and support of ForgeRock Customer IAM (CIAM), IDM, AM, DS
• Experience with LDAP concepts, Active Directory, ForgeRock Directory Services
• Up-gradation and migration of ForgeRock solutions
• Deployment in high availability environments, clustering
• Hands-on with ForgeRock components setup: User store, Provisioning store, admin console, provisioning server
• Web services (SOAP, REST, JSON, SOAPUI), client development
• Customization and extension of ForgeRock solutions and LDAP schemas
• Connector development, resource configuration using ForgeRock SDK
• Creating and managing business logic, user journeys, workflows, forms
• Integration with reporting platforms, backend systems, cloud setups (Docker, GKE, Terraform)
• Backup and restore planning, account templates, integration with AD, Exchange, Linux
• Development of IDM components, performance testing, Java/J2EE, XML
• Knowledge of GCP, authentication protocols, MTLS, OAuth
• Design experience, data modeling, cloud services, microservices, Kubernetes

Qualifications:

• 10-12 years of strong IAM implementation experience
• Strong communication skills, customer-facing experience
• CISSP certification is a bonus
• Open to travel
