Candidate should have 15+ years of experience with IT and have 10-12 years of in-depth domain and technical knowledge of Identity and Access Management with strong proficiency in ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS, with good knowledge of designing, analysis, and architecture planning.

• Implementation and support experience from medium to large scale customers across various industry verticals.
• Play an active role in the execution of projects and demonstrate strong technical skills.
• Understand clients' business environments and map requirements into ForgeRock CIAM solutions, proactively suggesting alternatives when required.

Required Skills:

• Implementation and support of ForgeRock Customer IAM (CIAM), Identity Manager (IDM), Access Manager (AM), Directory Services (DS), and Amster.
• Knowledge of LDAP concepts and experience with directories like Active Directory and ForgeRock Directory Services.
• Experience with upgrading and migrating ForgeRock components.
• Deployment in high availability environments and clustering.
• Hands-on experience with setting up ForgeRock components such as user stores, provisioning, admin consoles, and servers.
• Exposure to web services (SOAP, REST, JSON), client development, and querying.
• Customization/extending ForgeRock components and LDAP schemas.
• Development experience with connector Xpress/Java connector server, SDK, and resource configuration.
• Creating and managing business logic using identity policies, user journeys, and workflows.
• Integration of ForgeRock with reporting platforms, backend systems, and cloud setups (Docker, GKE, Terraform).
• Backup and restore planning, account templates, and integration with systems like AD, Exchange, and Linux.
• Experience with application servers (WebLogic, WebSphere) and J2EE products.
• Good understanding of Java/J2EE, XML, performance testing, and authentication protocols including OAuth, MTLS, and certificates.
• Knowledge of GCP, Kubernetes, cloud functions, GCS, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and related tools.
• Proficiency in data modeling, design artifacts, and interpreting requirements for implementation.
• Experience with Java 8+, Spring Boot, RDBMS (Oracle, Postgres), microservices, and cloud environments.
