The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of experience in IT, with 10-12 years of in-depth domain and technical knowledge of Identity and Access Management. Strong proficiency in ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS is required, along with experience in designing, analysis, and architecture planning.

Responsibilities include:

1. Implementation and support experience for medium to large-scale customers across various industry verticals.
2. Active participation in project execution, demonstrating strong technical skills.
3. Understanding clients' business environments and mapping requirements into ForgeRock CIAM solutions, proactively suggesting alternatives when necessary.

Qualifications include:

• Experience in implementing and supporting ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Customer-facing experience is mandatory.
• CISSP certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Additional skills and experience:

• Experience with LDAP concepts and directories like Active Directory, ForgeRock Directory Services.
• Knowledge of ForgeRock deployment in high availability environments, clustering, and component setup.
• Web services (SOAP, REST, JSON), client development, and query invocation experience.
• Customization and extension of ForgeRock components and LDAP schemas.
• Connector development, resource configuration, and SDK usage.
• Integration of ForgeRock with reporting platforms, provisioning targets, and backend systems.
• Cloud setup experience with Docker, GKE, Terraform, and GCP.
• Understanding of authentication protocols, OAuth, MTLS, and certificates.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, XML, data modeling, and design artefacts.
• Experience with microservices, Kubernetes, and cloud functions.

Qualifications:

• 10-12 years of strong IAM implementation experience.
• Customer-facing exposure is essential.
• CISSP certification is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel.
