The successful candidate will manage frontline teams, resolve operational issues, and adapt to varying depot needs while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management or supervisory role within waste services or a similar frontline service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service focus.
• Working knowledge of health and safety practices relevant to frontline waste operations.
• Ability to work across multiple depots and adapt to operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of food waste collection services across Bromsgrove and Redditch.
• Manage frontline operational teams and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Collaborate with drivers, support officers and management to maintain service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and company policies.
• Provide flexible cover across depots as required.
