Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa in Cambourne, just outside Cambridge, is seeking a capable hospitality supervisor to lead the F&B team and deliver a high standard of guest experience. You’ll work with your team to ensure excellent service, training is provided to upsell and explain promotions to guests.

The role requires previous supervisory experience in hospitality, a strong knowledge of wines and spirits, and the ability to motivate and develop your team.

What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience.working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.

• Previousexperience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department
• Ability of working in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation
