Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House, a 4-star hotel near Winchester, is seeking a forward-thinking F&B leader to drive excellence across all outlets from conference & events to restaurant, bar and room service. You will lead by example, develop high-performing teams, uphold quality and standards, and deliver outstanding guest service while maximising revenue opportunities across all F&B operations.

What will I do?

Leading by example and from the front, you’ll lead an F&B team across all outlets across the hotel, including conference & events, restaurant, bar and room service, ensuring together as a team you deliver the highest guest service at all times and maximise on revenue at every opportunity!
