Job summary

Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House, a 4*, 165-bedroom property located in Sutton Scotney just outside Winchester, invites applications for a housekeeping supervisor. You will oversee shifts, ensure rooms are sparkling, assign tasks, and uphold brand standards in a busy hospitality setting.

The role focuses on supervising a team, maintaining cleanliness quality, and supporting a welcoming guest experience. Norton Park offers on-site facilities and a commitment to staff development.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping.
• Experience maintaining four-star standards in operations.
• Strong ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping team during each shift to ensure rooms meet brand standards.
• Assign tasks, inspect work, and ensure compliance with quality controls.
• Maintain inventory of departmental supplies and monitor stock levels.

What will I do?

Supervise and work together with team members during each shift to ensure all hotel rooms are sparkly, clean and to brand standards. You will assign tasks to the team, inspect work to ensure standards are met as well as doing regular inventory of departmental supplies.

• Previousexperience in a supervisory role, in a hotel housekeeping department
• Operational experience of four-star standards
• Excellent team motivator and team builder
