Job summary

IBIS London City Shoreditch in London is seeking a Food & Beverage Shift Leader to oversee guest service, lead F&B operations and ensure smooth service across shifts.

You will develop guest relationships, manage stock, apply brand standards, coordinate with front office and other departments, and drive high-quality hospitality with a warm, friendly approach.

Qualifications

• Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Available to work flexible shifts Monday–Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Develops high quality relationships with guests to foster loyalty.
• Determines best organisation for production, distribution and storage according to infrastructure and equipment.
• Supervises stock rotations for drinks and catering supplies and identifies needs.
• Applies reference standards and audit procedures defined by the hotel and brand.
• Coordinates with departments close to the F&B (front office, reservations, etc.).
• Contributes to guest satisfaction by providing high quality services with a warm and friendly approach.

• Develops high quality relationships with guests, from the moment they arrive and throughout their stay, in order to foster loyalty.
• Determines the best organisation (production, distribution, storage etc) according to existing infrastructure and equipment.
• Supervises stock rotations for drinks and catering supplies, and identifies any needs.
• Is responsible for applying the reference standards and audit procedures as defined by the hotel and brand.
• Coordinates with the departments close to the F&B department (front office, reservation etc).
• Contribute to guests satisfaction by providing high quality services with a warm and friendly.

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa.
