Job summary

IBIS London City Shoreditch, part of the Accor network, is hiring for a Food & Beverage team member to welcome guests, manage service flow and ensure guest satisfaction. The role requires flexible, full-week availability and strong communication in a hospitality setting.

Salary is paid at £15.37 per hour with benefits including hotel stays, discounts, and access to Accor's development programs. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills.
• Well organized and able to multitask.
• Experience in Food & Beverage is preferred.
• Strong problem solving abilities.
• Flexible working across Monday to Sunday is required.

Responsibilities

• Develops high quality relationships with guests, from the moment they arrive and throughout their stay, in order to foster loyalty.
• Determines the best organisation (production, distribution, storage etc) according to existing infrastructure and equipment.
• Supervises stock rotations for drinks and catering supplies, and identifies any needs.
• Is responsible for applying the reference standards and audit procedures as defined by the hotel and brand.
• Coordinates with the departments close to the F&B department (front office, reservation etc).
• Contribute to guests satisfaction by providing high quality services with a warm and friendly.

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa.
