Job summary

IBIS London City Shoreditch is hiring a Food & Beverage Shift Leader to build high-quality guest relationships from arrival through stay, and to oversee organisation of production, distribution, and storage according to the hotel's infrastructure. You will supervise stock rotations and ensure compliance with brand standards, while coordinating with front office and reservations to delight guests.

Eligibility to live and work in the UK is required.

• Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good problem-solving abilities to handle guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Develops high quality relationships with guests from arrival to departure.
• Determines the best organisation for production, distribution and storage according to current setup.
• Supervises stock rotations for drinks and catering supplies and identifies needs.
• Applies hotel and brand reference standards and audit procedures.
• Coordinates with F&B, front office and reservations.
• Contributes to guest satisfaction by delivering high quality service with warmth.
