Job summary

IBIS London City Shoreditch is hiring a Food & Beverage Shift Leader to build high-quality guest relationships from arrival through stay, and to oversee organisation of production, distribution, and storage according to the hotel's infrastructure. You will supervise stock rotations and ensure compliance with brand standards, while coordinating with front office and reservations to delight guests.

Eligibility to live and work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with F&B, front office and reservations.
• Contributes to guest satisfaction by delivering high quality service with warmth.

Job Description

As our Food & Beverage Shift Leader , you…

• Develops high quality relationships with guests, from the moment they arrive and throughout their stay, in order to foster loyalty.


• Determines the best organisation (production, distribution, storage etc) according to existing infrastructure and equipment.


• Supervises stock rotations for drinks and catering supplies, and identifies any needs.


• Is responsible for applying the reference standards and audit procedures as defined by the hotel and brand.


• Coordinates with the departments close to the F&B department (front office, reservation etc).


• Contribute to guests satisfaction by providing high quality services with a warm and friendly.

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa.
