Job summary

Crowne Plaza Glasgow is seeking a capable Food and Beverage Manager to lead daily operations of the restaurant, bar and room service, ensuring top quality service and profitability. You will plan budgets, forecast revenue and costs, and coordinate with the Head Chef and Events Manager to drive guest satisfaction.

The role offers flexible shifts, full-time hours, and opportunities for career training through apprenticeship programmes and internal development.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and training skills.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and Health and Safety procedures.
• Flexibility to cover evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Food & Beverage operations across restaurant, bar and room service.
• Plan budgets, forecast revenue and expenditure, and monitor costs.
• Lead Duty Management shifts and participate in management meetings.
• Coordinate with Head Chef, Conference & Events Manager and Operations Manager.
• Prepare and submit post-mortem promotion reports and drive profit-enhancement programs.
