Job summary

The Glasgow Marriott Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to help deliver exceptional guest experiences across our restaurant and bar. You'll oversee daily operations, lead and coach the F&B team, train associates, manage shift briefings and guest feedback, while upholding hygiene and brand standards.

A Personal Licence is advantageous but not essential, and there are opportunities to progress, including Duty Manager training with enhanced-rate shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience in hospitality or a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, maintaining high service standards.
• Lead, motivate and coach the Food & Beverage team.
• Train associates and support their development.
• Manage shift briefings, handovers and daily reports.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, health and safety, and brand standards.
• Support wider hotel operations and Duty Manager cover as required.
