Crowne Plaza Glasgow is seeking a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the F&B team and deliver guest-focused service. This role requires managing service delivery across dining areas and events, with a 40-hour week over five days.

You will ensure high standards, maintain cleanliness and safety, and support the team in busy shifts while promoting a positive guest experience at every encounter.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Crowne Plaza Glasgow £27,476.80 per annum/ £13.21 per hour plus service charge, 40 hours per week over 5 days We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. As a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience, delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.
