Crowne Plaza Glasgow seeks an Assistant Bar Manager to lead the bar operation, maintain high standards of service and profitability, and motivate the team.

You will manage shifts, forecast bar needs, and liaise with Food & Beverage and Operations managers to deliver seamless guest experiences. Open seven days a week with flexible shifts; opportunities for brand training and apprenticeships are available.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and maintaining control measures to ensure bar costs stay in budget.
• Ability to carry out Duty Management shifts according to business needs.
• Strong communication with head of department and operations manager; customer-focused.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily bar operations and ensure highest standards of F&B service.
• Plan, organise and direct bar operation, administration and promotion.
• Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for Bar service; manage profitability.
